Who we are
This website (peacechurchplanting.org) is operated by Central District Conference of Mennonite Church USA (“CDC,” “we,” “us”), PO Box 1199, Goshen, IN 46527. You can reach us at office@mcusacdc.org.
What information we collect
Contact form. When you send a message, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, location, community name or website, what best describes you, and your message. Your message is emailed to our Associate Conference Minister for Emerging Communities of Faith and may also be stored in this website’s database so we can respond and follow up.
Scheduling. Meetings are scheduled through YouCanBook.me, embedded on this site. Information you enter there (such as your name, email address, and meeting details) is collected by YouCanBook.me and shared with us so we can meet with you. Their privacy policy applies to that tool.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site (for example, which pages are visited). Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, and browser. We do not use this information to identify you. You can learn more in Google’s privacy policy or opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Security. To protect the site from spam and attacks, our security and spam-prevention tools may log IP addresses and similar technical information.
Giving. Donations are made on the Central District Conference website (mcusacdc.org), not on this site.

This site uses cookies for analytics and, for site administrators, to keep them logged in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We keep contact form messages and meeting details only as long as they are useful for our ministry relationship with you, and we periodically delete older submissions. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing office@mcusacdc.org.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
